How do you think of the dog attack on a factor?
I feel so disgusted said "dogs attack on the poor guy did his job. Why not dog owners have mailboxes at their doors, or better yet why the dogs in the first place?
Again and again, a man is injured or killed by a dog. As a responsible owner of two dogs, I call again for a kind of license and certification to determine the suitability and capacity of a person to keep the dog. There are no bad dogs, but there are many owners of dog.
